Yes, we offer a 10-year warranty on our triple-pane leaded glass window seals. A general 15 year warranty extends to all of our standard lead came windows when installed by AG Inc. Standard life is 50 - 70 years.

Can Ambrosia Glassworks customize any design in leaded glass, beveled glass, and stained glass?
A Stained glass, Art glass or Leaded glass window is created from individual pieces of glass cut to size and shape and joined together with lead in between the pieces. The glass can be either clear, clear-textured, colored or beveled. The glass used in this type of window does not contain lead itself.
What is a stained glass, art glass or leaded glass window?
Leaded glass and stained glass are basically the same, but leaded glass is more often used to describe designs which have no color. The reference of leaded glass referes to the lead came inbetween the glass.
What is leaded glass?
Beveled glass is clear glass (normally 3/16” or 1/4” thick) which is ground and polished around the edges to create the beveled edge around the exterior of the glass piece. This gives a prismatic appearance to the edges of the glass and can produce a rainbow effect when the sun shines through the glass.
What is beveled glass?
No, we retrofit the IG Unit into the existing frame, without
causing any damage to paint or stucco. The installation
process involves replacing the existing glass unit, usually
dual-pane, with our single or triple-pane leaded glass
window. Other installation applications are also used depending on your needs and installation limitations. Of course we can order window frames to accomodate new construction or retrofit projects.
Do the windows come in their own frame?
If cared for properly, stained glass will last from 50 to 70 years as historical records prove. Many of our creations are destined to become family heirlooms.

How long does it take to get the windows installed?
Yes. Ultra-violet rays can fade your carpet and furniture.
Our leaded textured glass will diffuse ( “splay” ) the straight
line hard sunlight considerably while allowing the light to fully fill your living spaces.
Will these windows reduce the sun’s ultra-violet rays?
No, unless it is ingested, there is no harm. Treat leaded
